In a mental health landscape where generic therapy is common, we created Layers Counseling Specialists to fill a crucial need: a practice fully focused on specialized, evidence-based care for OCD and anxiety disorders, neurodiversity, and trauma recovery.

I founded Layers Counseling Specialists after my own battle with OCD during grad school. As a Latina searching for help, I struggled to find a therapist who truly understood my disorder, until I met an ERP specialist who changed my life. That transformative experience inspired me to create what I needed.

At Layers Counseling Specialists, we put our principles into practice every day.
