You will treat children, teens and adults with OCD, anxiety and trauma, and train in exposure and response prevention (ERP) as you build toward a full caseload with us.
What you will do
- Provide therapy for OCD, anxiety disorders and trauma across the lifespan
- Learn and apply ERP and inference-based CBT (I-CBT)
- Teach clients and families about what they are facing, and possibly lead workshops or groups
- Help with light outreach, like networking and community talks
What we are looking for
- A master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or social work
- A real interest in becoming an OCD and anxiety specialist
- Clear communication and comfort teaching and presenting
- A reliable commute to our Plano office for in-person sessions
- The goal of growing into a full-time caseload
Nice to have
- Experience with OCD or anxiety. New to it? We train you in ERP.
- A background or training in trauma therapy
- Spanish
