Hi, I’m Rachel—a therapist who gets how overwhelming OCD, anxiety, and eating struggles can be for kids and teens.
If you’re a parent watching your child:
I want you to know: Their feelings make sense, and change is possible.
While I haven’t walked in your child’s shoes, I’ve spent years helping kids and teens rewrite their stories through Exposure Therapy (ERP) and family-centered care. What drives me? Seeing a child who once hid from birthday parties confidently blow out candles—or a teen with ARFID finally enjoy a meal with friends.
I don’t just treat young clients—I champion them because:
I work best with ages 6-25 who:
✓ Feel ruled by rituals or food rules
✓ Shut down when emotions overwhelm them
✓ Need a guide who’s both playful and professional

I specialize in ERP for Pediatric OCD and family-centered strategies for ARFID/anxiety—adapting gold-standard treatments to fit how kids and teens learn best. With advanced training in child-focused ERP and DBT, I weave therapy into games, art, and pop culture (yes, we might use Baby Yoda to explain anxiety!). Parents receive tailored coaching to reinforce progress at home, because lasting change happens when the whole team works together.
What Makes Us Different: From our first session, your child will gain practical tools through interactive activities—not just talk therapy. Younger kids might conquer fears through puppet play, while teens text me coping hacks between sessions. My three-phase roadmap (understanding, skill-building, confidence-growing) ensures measurable progress, with regular parent check-ins so you always know the game plan. Many families tell me, "This finally feels like therapy that works for us."

I also volunteer with a national Type 1 Diabetes org, advocating for affordable insulin and supporting families like mine.
