About me
Hi, I’m Rachel, a therapist who gets how overwhelming OCD, anxiety, and eating struggles can be.
If you or your child:
I want you to know: Those feelings make sense, and change is possible.
I’ve spent years helping people rewrite their stories through Exposure Therapy (ERP) and family-centered care. What drives me? Seeing a child who once hid from birthday parties confidently blow out candles, or an adult with ARFID finally enjoy a meal with friends.
I meet people where they are, whatever their age:
I work with children, teens, and adults who:
✓ Feel ruled by rituals or food rules
✓ Shut down when emotions overwhelm them
✓ Need a guide who’s both warm and structured

I specialize in ERP for OCD and family-centered strategies for ARFID and anxiety, adapting gold-standard treatments to fit the person in front of me. With advanced training in ERP, DBT, and SPACE, I tailor the work to each client’s age and readiness. When I work with children, parents receive coaching to reinforce progress at home, because lasting change happens when the whole team works together.
What Makes Us Different: From our first session, you’ll gain practical tools through active work, not just talk therapy. I also offer SPACE, a parent-led approach for children who are too anxious or reluctant to come to therapy themselves. My three-phase roadmap of understanding, skill-building, and confidence-growing keeps progress measurable, with regular check-ins so you always know the plan. Many clients tell me, "This finally feels like therapy that works for me."

Beyond the office
Outside of sessions, I’m probably building a Lego starship, reading one of my many Star Wars books, or chasing down the best churro at Disney. I’m a lifelong fan of all things nerdy, and I unwind with cozy games on my Switch (hi, Animal Crossing!). I also volunteer with a national Type 1 Diabetes org, advocating for affordable insulin and supporting families like mine.
