Layers Counseling Specialists is a small practice of specialists: exposure and response prevention (ERP) and inference-based CBT (I-CBT) for OCD, SPACE for parents of anxious children, treatment for avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), neurodiversity-affirming care for ADHD and autism, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for adult trauma. Our office is in north Plano, about 20 to 25 minutes up the Dallas North Tollway, and we see Dallas clients by secure video too, in English or Spanish.

Parking is free, and every service we offer is also available by secure video anywhere in Texas.
Many Dallas clients meet online so therapy fits between work and home, and come to the Plano office when they want to. Most new clients start within a week or two of their free consult.

We’re a private-pay practice, so we don’t send your information to an insurance company. We accept HSA and FSA cards and offer two fee levels: our specialists and our focused clinicians, who are supervised by specialists and cost less. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available too.

No. Every service we offer is available by secure video from anywhere in Texas. Some Dallas clients come to the office for the first session and meet online after that; others never make the drive.
