Yes. OCD is a big part of what we treat. Our therapists use exposure and response prevention (ERP), and we also offer inference-based CBT (I-CBT). Both are available at our Plano office or online from home in The Colony.
We’re a private-pay practice, so we don’t send your information to an insurance company. We accept HSA and FSA cards and offer two fee levels: our specialists and our focused clinicians, who are supervised by specialists and cost less. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available too.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a trauma therapy that uses guided eye movements while you bring a memory to mind, then helps you replace the distressing images with ones you choose, so the memory stops feeling so raw. You don’t have to describe every detail out loud. Karla Pineda offers ART for adults.
